Sign-up for your 8 week outdoor group training program, it’s a great way to increase your fitness levels, add variety to your exercise routine or kick start a change to a healthy lifestyle.

Your team of highly trained Army and Personal Training instructors create energizing yet fun workouts and constantly challenge you no matter what your fitness level. We will take you out of your comfort zone and motivate you to achieve your goals.

We recommend you attend 2 evenings per week. Each session lasts for 1 hour. Our 8 week Bootcamps consisting of 16 classes cost € 99.00,  however you can choose to do any 6 classes over the 8 weeks for only € 49.00.

Offering Nutrition Advice our programs have the ability to deliver significant weight loss through the dual pronged approach of tackling both diet and exercise simultaneously.
