    I’m Sarah, the FitBody Nutritionist. I’m a qualified Clinical Dietitian and Nutritionist and the current Meath Rose of Tralee.  I received my Nutrition and Dietetics Degree in Scotland and trained in hospitals in England where I gained invaluable experience in managing a wide variety of dietary-related conditions.  I am a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute.  Read More
  • Damien – Instructor
    Damien has been an NCEHS qualified Personal Trainer for the past 8 years and has worked in the Fitness Industry in Italy and the UK where he has trained Bootcamps. His interests include Gaelic Football and Kettlebells.
  • Patrick – Instructor
    Patrick is a Physical Training Instructor in the Irish Army for the last 5 years. He is NCEF qualified and is also a Spinning and Pilates Instructor. His interests include running, weights and boxing.
  • Pádraig – Instructor
    Pádraig has had a keen interest in Health and Fitness for a number of years. He is an adventure junkie who loves the black slopes while skiing and the buzz from bungee jumping.
  • Paula – Instructor
    Paula has been aqualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for the past 6 years. She specialises in Bootcamp Training as well as yoga, tai chi, pilates, boxing and major high intensity aerobics. She believes that ” Once you have the knowledge, you open your mind and you know your bodies potential, You Will Succeed !”
