Nutritionist Online

Welcome to the FitBody Nutritional Consultation service.

Our Qualified Nutritionist, Sarah, is here to help and guide you through your journey to a successful and long-lasting weight loss. We don’t believe in faddy diets and we also don’t believe in being hungry. Sarah will help you to reach your goals whilst enjoying tasty foods. She bases her recommendations on the Food Pyramid rather than the boring task of counting calories and makes suggestions regarding the portions of food that you are eating as this is often the problem behind weight gain.

At FitBody, we provide a FREE Nutrition Pack to those who register on any of our Bootcamps, this pack is designed to support you in your 8 week Bootcamp, providing you with hints and tips as to how to get the best from your Bootcamp.

We also have two Nutritional Consultation options for you to choose from.

Option 1 – FIT BODY FOOD DIARY

A once-off dietary analysis. You email a week’s food diary (a list of all foods and drinks consumed in one week) to Sarah and she will analyse your diet and point you in the right direction as to where you could improve. This is excellent value at €50 considering a private consultation with a Qualified Nutritionist is considerably more expensive!

Option 2 – FIT BODY FOOD PROGRAM

This is an 8 week program where Sarah will analyse your food diary on a weekly basis and will support you as your waistline decreases! She is at hand to answer your personal food queries and help you with any concerns that you have. If you are also taking part in the FitBody Boot camps your instructor will weigh you in confidence in each week and Sarah will use this as a basis to guide you. You will then be able to monitor your achievements on a week to week basis. The 8 personal consultations with Sarah cost just €200.
