What to bring

When you come to your Bootcamp you should wear a tracksuit or shorts, you should wear a fleece or rainproof jacket if the weather is not great. The most important thing is to wear comfortable running shoes. You should also bring a bottle of water and you should not eat anything heavy for an hour or two before your Bootcamp session.
